When it comes to finding the right hat, size matters. Properly measuring your head size will determine your hat size and ensure the perfect fit. The best hat will not only look good, but feel good too. Before purchasing, be sure to measure your head and consult our size chart.

To measure your head, simply wrap a measuring tape around the largest part of your head, until the two ends meet at the center of your forehead, just above your eyebrows. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly or too loose. This will help determine where the hat will sit for the most comfortable fit. Note the measurement and use it to find your corresponding size on our hat sizing chart.

If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next larger size. Even though our hat sizes are standard across the USA, various factors can affect the fit, from the hat's material to the amount of hair you have. A slightly roomier hat is much more comfortable and easier to adjust than one that's too tight.

Don't worry if you have a larger head – we offer hats in sizes up to XXXL to ensure the perfect fit.

The main difference between men's and women's hats is the sizing. Men's hats are generally sized numerically or alphabetically, while women's hats often come in a "one size fits most" style. These "one size" hats are made to fit head sizes ranging from 21½" to 22¼" in circumference, with an adjustable inner drawstring or band to customize the fit.

Most "one size" hats, for both men and women, feature an inner drawstring that can be gently pulled to tighten the hat by up to two sizes. Hats without drawstrings can also be adjusted using sizing tape, which maintains the shape of the sweatband and inner lining without any damage.
